Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Eposis is indicated for the treatment of:
- Anaemia in chronic kidney disease.
- Anaemia caused by chemotherapy.
- Reducing transfusion need in selected surgical patients (specialist).

Dosage and administration of Eposis:
- Specialist-directed subcutaneous or intravenous injection; in chronic kidney disease treatment often starts at about 50-100 IU/kg three times weekly and is adjusted to keep haemoglobin around 10-12 g/dL (not above 12).
- Check iron stores before and during treatment.

- Monitor haemoglobin and blood pressure.
