Dirin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Functional bowel and irritable bowel syndrome.
- Abdominal cramps and spasm.

Dosage and administration of Dirin:
- Adults: 10-20 mg three times daily before meals.
- Not for infants under 6 months.

- Glaucoma.
- Urinary retention or prostate enlargement.
- Intestinal obstruction, severe ulcerative colitis, myasthenia gravis.
