Diamine Penicillin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Syphilis.
- Prevention of rheumatic fever recurrence.
- Streptococcal pharyngitis (single deep IM dose).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Diamine Penicillin:
- Deep IM injection only: 1.2 million units once for streptococcal pharyngitis; early syphilis 2.4 million units once; rheumatic fever prevention 1.2 million units every 3-4 weeks.
- Never give intravenously.
