Dexogut (Dual Release) is indicated for the treatment of:
- Healing of erosive oesophagitis.
- Maintaining healing of erosive oesophagitis.
- Relief of heartburn in non-erosive GERD.

Dosage and administration of Dexogut (Dual Release):
Adults: 60 mg once daily for up to 8 weeks to heal erosive oesophagitis; 30 mg once daily for maintenance or for non-erosive GERD (up to 4 weeks), with or without food.

- Exclude stomach cancer before starting when alarm symptoms are present.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Long-term use may lower magnesium and vitamin B12.
