Dexlion is indicated for the treatment of:
- Healing of erosive oesophagitis.
- Maintaining healing of erosive oesophagitis.
- Relief of heartburn in non-erosive GERD.
Dexlion নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- ইরোসিভ ইসোফেজাইটিস সারানো।
- ইরোসিভ ইসোফেজাইটিস সেরে যাওয়ার পর তা ধরে রাখা।

Dosage and administration of Dexlion:
Adults: 60 mg once daily for up to 8 weeks to heal erosive oesophagitis; 30 mg once daily for maintenance or for non-erosive GERD (up to 4 weeks), with or without food.

- Headache, diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, flatulence.
- Long-term use: low magnesium, vitamin B12 deficiency, increased fracture risk.

- Exclude stomach cancer before starting when alarm symptoms are present.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Long-term use may lower magnesium and vitamin B12.
