Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Dexaphos is indicated for the treatment of:
- Severe allergic reactions; asthma flare-ups.
- Cerebral oedema.
- Inflammatory and immune conditions.
- Eye and ear inflammation (drops).
Dexaphos নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- গুরুতর অ্যালার্জিক প্রতিক্রিয়া; হাঁপানির তীব্রতা।
- মস্তিষ্কের ফোলা।
- প্রদাহজনিত ও অনাক্রম্যতাজনিত রোগ।
- চোখ ও কানের প্রদাহ (ড্রপ)।

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Dexaphos:
- Injection: 0.5-24 mg IV or IM daily as directed.
- Eye or ear drops: 1-2 drops as per the label.
- Courses longer than about 3 weeks must be reduced gradually.
Dexaphos-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- ইনজেকশন: নির্দেশমতো শিরায় বা পেশিতে দিনে ০.৫-২৪ মিগ্রা।

Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Dexaphos may interact with:
NSAIDs (ulcer risk), warfarin, antidiabetic drugs, diuretics (low potassium), rifampicin and phenytoin (reduce its effect), live vaccines.
Dexaphos-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:

Dexaphos should not be used in:
- Untreated systemic infection.
- Live vaccines at immunosuppressive doses.
- Hypersensitivity.

- Long-term: bone thinning, infections, cataract, adrenal suppression, growth suppression in children.
