Depron is indicated for the treatment of:
- Major depression.
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder; bulimia nervosa.
- Premenstrual dysphoric disorder.

Dosage and administration of Depron:
- Adults: 20 mg once daily in the morning (maximum 60-80 mg); bulimia 60 mg daily.
- Benefit appears after 2-4 weeks.
