Dasvir is indicated for the treatment of:
Chronic hepatitis C infection (in combination with other antivirals such as sofosbuvir).

Dosage and administration of Dasvir:
Adults: 60 mg once daily with sofosbuvir for 12 weeks (24 weeks in some cases), as set by a specialist; 30 mg or 90 mg with certain interacting drugs.

Dasvir should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity.
- Use with strong CYP3A inducers such as rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin or St John's wort.

Possible side effects of Dasvir:
- Headache, tiredness, nausea, diarrhoea.
- Serious slow heart rate when used with amiodarone and sofosbuvir; hepatitis B reactivation.
