D-gest is indicated for the treatment of:
- Threatened or recurrent miscarriage due to progesterone deficiency.
- Luteal support; endometriosis; painful or irregular periods.
- Endometrial protection with oestrogen replacement.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of D-gest:
- Threatened miscarriage: 40 mg once, then 10 mg every 8 hours until symptoms settle.
- Luteal support: 10 mg two to three times daily.
- HRT: 10 mg daily for 12-14 days of each cycle.

- Progestogen-dependent tumours; active liver disease; porphyria.
