Cynavit is indicated for the treatment of:
- Vitamin B12 deficiency and pernicious anaemia.
- Megaloblastic anaemia and B12-related nerve damage.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Cynavit:
- Injection: 1,000 mcg IM on alternate days for 2 weeks, then weekly, then monthly as maintenance.
- Oral: 1,000-2,000 mcg daily for deficiency.

- ইনজেকশন: প্রথম ২ সপ্তাহ একদিন পর পর IM এ 1,000 mcg, এরপর সাপ্তাহিক, তারপর রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে মাসিক।

Cynavit should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to cobalamin.
- Leber's disease (hereditary optic nerve atrophy).
