Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Cyclonix is indicated for the treatment of:
- Prevention of rejection after organ transplant.
- Severe psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, rheumatoid arthritis and nephrotic syndrome (specialist).
- Dry eye disease (eye drops).

Dosage and administration of Cyclonix:
- Dose is individual and guided by blood levels: transplant about 10-15 mg/kg/day, then reduced; psoriasis 2.5-5 mg/kg/day in two doses.
- Specialist-directed.

Cyclonix should not be used in:
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure; uncontrolled infection; cancer (for non-transplant use).
- Abnormal kidney function in non-transplant use; live vaccines.

Possible side effects of Cyclonix:
- Kidney toxicity, high blood pressure, tremor, excess hair growth, gum overgrowth, raised lipids and potassium.
- Increased risk of infection and cancer.
