Cryscol is indicated for the treatment of:
- Treatment and prevention of acute gout attacks.
- Familial Mediterranean fever.
- Pericarditis (as directed).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Cryscol:
- Acute gout: 1 mg followed by 0.5 mg one hour later (maximum 1.5 mg on the first day).
- Prevention: 0.5 mg once or twice daily.
- Reduce in kidney impairment and with interacting drugs.

Cryscol should not be used in:
- Severe kidney or liver impairment together with strong P-glycoprotein or CYP3A4 inhibitors.
- Blood disorders; hypersensitivity.
