Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Cortiflo is indicated for the treatment of:
- Duchenne muscular dystrophy (from 2 years of age).
- Inflammatory and immune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, nephrotic syndrome and asthma.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Cortiflo:
- Duchenne muscular dystrophy: 0.9 mg/kg once daily.
- Other conditions: initially 6-90 mg daily, reduced to the lowest maintenance dose (about 3-18 mg daily).
- Do not stop suddenly after long use.

- Untreated systemic infection.
- Live vaccines at immunosuppressive doses.

- Weight gain, raised blood sugar and blood pressure, mood changes, sleeplessness, stomach irritation.
- Long-term: bone thinning, infections, cataract, growth suppression in children.
