Cognimeth is indicated for the treatment of:
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children and adults as part of a treatment programme.
- Narcolepsy.

Dosage and administration of Cognimeth:
Adults and children over 6 years: start 5 mg once or twice daily, increased weekly to the usual 20-60 mg daily in divided doses (extended-release once daily); specialist-directed.

Cognimeth should not be used in:
- Glaucoma, phaeochromocytoma, severe angina or heart rhythm disorders, overactive thyroid.
- Use with MAO inhibitors; psychosis, mania, severe depression; Tourette's syndrome.
