Centoxin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Control of the heart rate in atrial fibrillation.
- Heart failure (selected patients).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Centoxin:
- Adults: maintenance 0.0625-0.25 mg once daily, with a loading dose given in divided doses in hospital if needed; lower doses in the elderly and in kidney impairment.
- Blood level monitoring is advised.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Centoxin should not be used in:
- Ventricular fibrillation, second or third-degree heart block.
- Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with atrial fibrillation; hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; low potassium.

- Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, blurred or yellow-green vision, dizziness, confusion.
- Heart rhythm disturbances with toxicity.
