Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Cef-3 is indicated for the treatment of:
- Urinary tract infections.
- Otitis media, pharyngitis and tonsillitis.
- Acute bronchitis and flare-ups of chronic bronchitis.
- Uncomplicated gonorrhoea; typhoid fever.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Cef-3:
- Adults: 200-400 mg daily as one or two doses.
- Children: about 8 mg/kg daily; follow the label for age-wise doses.
- Reduce dose in severe kidney impairment.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: দৈনিক 200-400 mg, একবারে বা দুই ভাগে।
- শিশু: দৈনিক প্রায় 8 mg/kg; বয়স অনুযায়ী মাত্রার জন্য লেবেল দেখুন।

Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins.

- Diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, rash.
- Rare: severe allergic reaction, Clostridioides difficile colitis, blood disorders.

- Check for penicillin or cephalosporin allergy before use.
- Reduce the dose in kidney impairment.
- Prolonged use can cause overgrowth of resistant organisms.
