Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Cardex is indicated for the treatment of:
- High blood pressure.
- Angina.
- Chronic heart failure (as add-on treatment).
- Left ventricular dysfunction after a heart attack.
Cardex নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- উচ্চ রক্তচাপ।
- অ্যাঞ্জাইনা।
- দীর্ঘস্থায়ী হৃদযন্ত্রের অকার্যকারিতা (সহায়ক চিকিৎসা)।
- হার্ট অ্যাটাকের পর বাম নিলয়ের দুর্বলতা।

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Cardex:
- Hypertension: 12.5 mg once daily for 2 days, then 25 mg once daily (maximum 50 mg).
- Heart failure: start 3.125 mg twice daily, doubling every 2 weeks as tolerated, with food.
- Do not stop suddenly.
Cardex-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- উচ্চ রক্তচাপ: ২ দিন দিনে একবার 12.5 mg, এরপর দিনে একবার 25 mg (সর্বোচ্চ 50 mg)।
- হার্ট ফেইলিউর: খাবারের সাথে দিনে দুইবার 3.125 mg দিয়ে শুরু, সহ্য হলে প্রতি ২ সপ্তাহে দ্বিগুণ করুন।
- হঠাৎ বন্ধ করবেন না।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Cardex should not be used in:
- Decompensated heart failure needing IV support.
- Severe slow heart rate, second or third-degree heart block, sick sinus syndrome, cardiogenic shock.
- Asthma or COPD with bronchospasm; severe liver impairment.
