Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Brom is indicated for the treatment of:
- Short-term relief of anxiety and tension.
- Insomnia associated with anxiety.

Enhances GABA activity in the brain, producing a calming effect.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Brom:
- Adults: 1.5-3 mg two to three times daily, for the shortest time (usually 2-4 weeks); lower doses in the elderly.
- Do not stop suddenly after long use.
Brom-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:

Alcohol, opioids, other sedatives, cimetidine, fluvoxamine.

- Severe breathing problems, sleep apnoea, severe liver disease, myasthenia gravis.
- History of drug dependence (caution).
