Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Bomaz is indicated for the treatment of:
- Short-term relief of anxiety and tension.
- Insomnia associated with anxiety.

- উদ্বেগ ও টেনশনের স্বল্পমেয়াদি উপশম।
- উদ্বেগজনিত অনিদ্রা।
Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
Enhances GABA activity in the brain, producing a calming effect.
মস্তিষ্কে GABA-র কার্যকারিতা বাড়ায়, ফলে শান্ত ভাব আসে।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Bomaz:
- Adults: 1.5-3 mg two to three times daily, for the shortest time (usually 2-4 weeks); lower doses in the elderly.
- Do not stop suddenly after long use.
Bomaz-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: দিনে দুই থেকে তিনবার ১.৫-৩ মিগ্রা, যতটা সম্ভব কম সময়ের জন্য (সাধারণত ২-৪ সপ্তাহ); বয়স্কদের কম মাত্রা।
- দীর্ঘদিন ব্যবহারের পর হঠাৎ বন্ধ করবেন না।

Bomaz may interact with:
Alcohol, opioids, other sedatives, cimetidine, fluvoxamine.
Bomaz-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
অ্যালকোহল, ওপিওয়েড, অন্য ঘুমের ওষুধ, সিমেটিডিন, ফ্লুভক্সামিন।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Bomaz should not be used in:
- Severe breathing problems, sleep apnoea, severe liver disease, myasthenia gravis.
- History of drug dependence (caution).
