Bisotab is indicated for the treatment of:
- High blood pressure.
- Angina.
- Stable chronic heart failure (as add-on treatment).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Bisotab:
- Adults: 2.5-10 mg once daily in the morning (maximum 20 mg); in heart failure start 1.25 mg and increase slowly under a specialist.
- Do not stop suddenly.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Bisotab should not be used in:
- Acute or decompensated heart failure, cardiogenic shock.
- Severe slow heart rate, second or third-degree heart block, sick sinus syndrome.
- Severe asthma or severe peripheral arterial disease.

- Caution in diabetes (may mask low blood sugar), asthma and peripheral arterial disease.
