Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Bipilin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Respiratory, urinary and ear, nose and throat infections.
- Bacterial meningitis and septicaemia.
- Gastrointestinal and gynaecological infections.
Bipilin নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- শ্বাসতন্ত্র, মূত্রনালি এবং কান, নাক ও গলার সংক্রমণ।
- ব্যাকটেরিয়াল মেনিনজাইটিস ও সেপ্টিসিমিয়া।
- পরিপাকতন্ত্র ও স্ত্রীরোগজনিত সংক্রমণ।

Bactericidal; blocks bacterial cell-wall synthesis.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Bipilin:
- Adults: oral 250-500 mg every 6 hours, 30 minutes before food; injection 500 mg to 2 g IV or IM every 4-6 hours (up to 12 g/day in meningitis) under medical supervision.
- Children: by body weight.
Bipilin-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: মুখে খাবারের ৩০ মিনিট আগে প্রতি ৬ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 250-500 mg; ইনজেকশন চিকিৎসকের তত্ত্বাবধানে প্রতি ৪-৬ ঘণ্টা অন্তর IV বা IM এ 500 mg-2 g (মেনিনজাইটিসে দৈনিক 12 g পর্যন্ত)।
- শিশু: ওজন অনুযায়ী।
