Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Axofyl is indicated for the treatment of:
- Relief of bronchospasm in asthma.
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- Chronic bronchitis.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Axofyl:
- Adults: 400 mg two or three times daily; 400 mg twice daily is common.
- Reduce the dose in liver or kidney impairment, heart failure and in the elderly.

Axofyl should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to xanthines.
- Acute heart attack, low blood pressure.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding unless essential.

- Rare: heart rhythm disturbances.
