Asmanyl is indicated for the treatment of:
- Maintenance treatment of asthma and COPD.
- Relief of bronchospasm.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Asmanyl:
- Adults: individualised by blood level; sustained-release 200-400 mg twice daily is typical.
- Narrow safety margin: target blood level 10-20 mg/L; reduce in the elderly, liver disease and heart failure.

Asmanyl should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to xanthines.
- Acute porphyria.
