Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Asmaloc is indicated for the treatment of:
- Maintenance treatment of asthma and COPD.
- Relief of bronchospasm.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Asmaloc:
- Adults: individualised by blood level; sustained-release 200-400 mg twice daily is typical.
- Narrow safety margin: target blood level 10-20 mg/L; reduce in the elderly, liver disease and heart failure.
Asmaloc-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: রক্তে মাত্রা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত; সাধারণত সাস্টেইনড-রিলিজ দিনে দুইবার 200-400 mg।
- নিরাপদ মাত্রার সীমা সংকীর্ণ: রক্তে লক্ষ্যমাত্রা 10-20 mg/L; বয়স্ক ব্যক্তি, লিভারের রোগ ও হার্ট ফেইলিউরে কমাতে হবে।

Asmaloc should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to xanthines.
- Acute porphyria.

- Overdose: heart rhythm disturbances, seizures.
