Arolast is indicated for the treatment of:
Severe COPD with chronic bronchitis and frequent exacerbations (add-on to bronchodilators).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Arolast:
Adults: 500 mcg once daily; 250 mcg daily for the first 4 weeks may be used to improve tolerance.

Arolast may interact with:
Rifampicin, phenytoin and carbamazepine reduce effect; fluvoxamine and cimetidine raise levels.
