Arinia is indicated for the treatment of:
- Schizophrenia.
- Manic episodes of bipolar disorder.
- Add-on treatment in major depressive disorder; irritability in autism (specialist use).

Specialist-directed: schizophrenia 10-15 mg once daily (maximum 30 mg); bipolar mania 15 mg once daily.

- Rare: compulsive gambling or other impulse-control problems, neuroleptic malignant syndrome.
