Ameloss is indicated for the treatment of:
Mild to moderate Alzheimer's dementia (and in some regions severe).

Dosage and administration of Ameloss:
Adults: 5 mg once daily at bedtime; increase to 10 mg after 4-6 weeks if tolerated.
