Alpam is indicated for the treatment of:
- Short-term treatment of anxiety.
- Panic disorder, with or without agoraphobia.

Dosage and administration of Alpam:
- Adults: anxiety 0.25-0.5 mg three times daily (maximum 4 mg/day); panic disorder 0.5-1 mg daily, increased as directed.
- Use the lowest dose for the shortest time; elderly 0.25 mg.

Alpam should not be used in:
- Severe breathing problems, sleep apnoea, severe liver disease, myasthenia gravis.
- History of drug dependence (caution).
