Aldonist is indicated for the treatment of:
- Heart failure after a heart attack.
- Chronic heart failure.
- High blood pressure.

Dosage and administration of Aldonist:
Adults: start 25 mg once daily, increased to 50 mg once daily after 4 weeks if potassium allows.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Aldonist should not be used in:
- High blood potassium (above 5.0 mmol/L).
- Severe kidney impairment; use with potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium supplements or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.
