Adnor is indicated for the treatment of:
- Depression and anxiety.
- Short-term insomnia (low doses).

Dosage and administration of Adnor:
- Adults: depression 75 mg daily (often at night), increased gradually up to 150-300 mg daily; insomnia 3-6 mg at bedtime.
- Lower doses in the elderly.

- Recent heart attack, heart rhythm disorders.
- Narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention; use with MAO inhibitors.
