Acirux is indicated for the treatment of:
- Herpes simplex infections of the skin, mouth, genitals and eye.
- Chickenpox and shingles.
- Herpes encephalitis (IV).
- Prevention in people with weak immunity.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Acirux:
- Herpes simplex: 200 mg five times daily or 400 mg three times daily for 5-10 days.
- Shingles: 800 mg five times daily for 7 days.
- Chickenpox: 800 mg four times daily for 5 days.
- Reduce the dose in kidney impairment; IV for severe infections.

- হারপিস সিমপ্লেক্স: ৫-১০ দিন দিনে পাঁচবার 200 mg বা দিনে তিনবার 400 mg।
- শিংলস (হারপিস জস্টার): ৭ দিন দিনে পাঁচবার 800 mg।
- জলবসন্ত: ৫ দিন দিনে চারবার 800 mg।
- কিডনির কার্যক্ষমতা কম থাকলে মাত্রা কমাতে হবে; গুরুতর সংক্রমণে IV।
