Acepril is indicated for the treatment of:
- High blood pressure.
- Heart failure.
- After a heart attack.
- Diabetic kidney disease.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Acepril:
Adults: hypertension 5-10 mg once daily (2.5 mg to start if on a diuretic); usual 10-20 mg, maximum 80 mg; heart failure start 2.5 mg once daily.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Acepril should not be used in:
- Pregnancy.
- History of angioedema.
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis.
- Use with sacubitril-valsartan or aliskiren in diabetes.

Possible side effects of Acepril:
- Dry cough, dizziness, headache, low blood pressure, high potassium.
- Rare: angioedema.
