Sympres is indicated for the treatment of:

Dosage and administration of Sympres:
Adults: 200 mcg once daily in the morning; may be increased to 400 mcg, maximum 600 mcg daily (in one or two doses).

- Slow heart rate, sick sinus syndrome, heart block.
- Severe heart failure; history of angioedema; hypersensitivity.

- Do not stop suddenly; taper over 2 weeks.
- Reduce the dose in kidney impairment.
