Isoflurane is indicated for the treatment of:
Induction and maintenance of general anaesthesia by inhalation.

Dosage and administration of Isoflurane:
Hospital use only by an anaesthetist: induction 1.5-3% and maintenance 1-2.5% in oxygen or nitrous oxide-oxygen, adjusted to response.

Isoflurane should not be used in:
- Known or suspected susceptibility to malignant hyperthermia.
- Previous liver injury after halogenated anaesthetics; hypersensitivity.
