Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Dapclin 7.5% is indicated for the treatment of:
- Leprosy (with other drugs).
- Dermatitis herpetiformis and some other skin diseases.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Dapclin 7.5%:
- Leprosy: 100 mg once daily with rifampicin and clofazimine as per national guidelines.
- Dermatitis herpetiformis: 50-300 mg daily, adjusted by response.

- কুষ্ঠ: জাতীয় নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী রিফামপিসিন ও ক্লোফাজিমিনের সঙ্গে দিনে একবার ১০০ mg।
- ডার্মাটাইটিস হার্পেটিফর্মিস: সাড়া অনুযায়ী সমন্বয় করে দৈনিক ৫০-৩০০ mg।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Dapclin 7.5% should not be used in:
- G6PD deficiency (risk of haemolysis).
- Severe anaemia, porphyria, hypersensitivity to sulfones.

Possible side effects of Dapclin 7.5%:
- Mild haemolysis, nausea, headache, rash.
- Methaemoglobinaemia, hypersensitivity syndrome, nerve damage.

- Test for G6PD deficiency before use; monitor blood counts.
- Report fever, rash or yellow eyes.
