Spilen is indicated for the treatment of:
- Muscle spasticity (oral).
- Treatment of malignant hyperthermia (IV, hospital).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Spilen:
- Oral spasticity: start 25 mg daily, increase gradually to 100 mg two to four times daily.
- Malignant hyperthermia: 2.5 mg/kg IV, repeated as needed in hospital.

- মুখে পেশির আড়ষ্টতায়: দৈনিক 25 mg দিয়ে শুরু, ধীরে ধীরে দিনে দুই থেকে চারবার 100 mg পর্যন্ত বাড়ান।
