Rofumil is indicated for the treatment of:
Severe COPD with chronic bronchitis and frequent exacerbations (add-on to bronchodilators).

Blocks phosphodiesterase 4, reducing inflammation in the airways.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Rofumil:
Adults: 500 mcg once daily; 250 mcg daily for the first 4 weeks may be used to improve tolerance.

Rofumil may interact with:
Rifampicin, phenytoin and carbamazepine reduce effect; fluvoxamine and cimetidine raise levels.
Rofumil-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:

Rofumil should not be used in:
- Moderate to severe liver impairment.
- Hypersensitivity.
