Rectorin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Treatment and prevention of angina.
- Acute heart failure and hypertensive emergencies (IV).
- Anal fissure (ointment).

- অ্যাঞ্জাইনার চিকিৎসা ও প্রতিরোধ।

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Rectorin:
- Sublingual: 0.3-0.6 mg under the tongue at the onset of chest pain, may repeat every 5 minutes up to 3 doses; call for emergency help if pain persists.
- Patch, spray, IV and ointment forms are used as per the label.

- জিহ্বার নিচে: বুকে ব্যথা শুরু হলে 0.3-0.6 mg, প্রয়োজনে প্রতি ৫ মিনিট অন্তর সর্বোচ্চ ৩ মাত্রা পর্যন্ত; ব্যথা না কমলে জরুরি সাহায্য নিন।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Rectorin should not be used in:
- Use with PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil) or riociguat.
- Severe low blood pressure, severe anaemia, raised pressure in the skull, hypovolaemia.

- Sit down when using sublingual tablets.
- Tolerance develops with continuous patches; a nitrate-free interval is advised.
