Paricap Soft is indicated for the treatment of:
Prevention and treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in chronic kidney disease.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Paricap Soft:
IV (dialysis): 0.04-0.1 mcg/kg three times weekly; oral 1-2 mcg daily or 2-4 mcg three times weekly, adjusted by blood PTH and calcium.
Paricap Soft-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
শিরায় (ডায়ালাইসিসে): সপ্তাহে তিনবার ০.০৪-০.১ mcg/kg; মুখে দিনে ১-২ mcg বা সপ্তাহে তিনবার ২-৪ mcg, রক্তে PTH ও ক্যালসিয়াম অনুযায়ী সমন্বয় করে।

- High blood calcium; vitamin D toxicity.
- Hypersensitivity.
