Prulose is indicated for the treatment of:
Chronic constipation in adults when laxatives do not give adequate relief.

Dosage and administration of Prulose:
Adults: 2 mg once daily; 1 mg once daily in people over 65 years and in severe kidney or liver impairment.
Prulose-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Prulose should not be used in:
- Intestinal obstruction or perforation, severe inflammatory bowel disease.
- Patients on dialysis.
