Levetiracetam is indicated for the treatment of:
- Partial seizures, as single therapy or add-on.
- Myoclonic seizures in juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (add-on).
- Primary generalised tonic-clonic seizures (add-on).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Levetiracetam:
- Adults: start 250-500 mg twice daily; increase every 2 weeks to the usual 1,000-1,500 mg twice daily (maximum 3 g/day).
- Reduce in kidney impairment; stop gradually.
Levetiracetam-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: দিনে দুইবার 250-500 mg দিয়ে শুরু; প্রতি ২ সপ্তাহে বাড়িয়ে সাধারণ দিনে দুইবার 1,000-1,500 mg পর্যন্ত (সর্বোচ্চ দৈনিক 3 g)।

- Irritability, aggression, depression; rare: suicidal thoughts and severe skin reactions.
