Dosage and administration of Insulin Glargin:
Dose is individual: injected once daily at the same time each day; adjust by fasting blood sugar; do not mix with other insulins.

Insulin Glargin should not be used in:
- During low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia).
- Hypersensitivity to insulin glargine or its ingredients.

Precautions while using Insulin Glargin:
- Do not dilute or mix; the solution should be clear.
- Rotate injection sites; store unopened in a fridge and do not freeze.
