Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Dextrim is indicated for the treatment of:
Relief of dry cough, nasal congestion and runny nose in the common cold and allergic rhinitis.

Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
Dextromethorphan suppresses cough; phenylephrine narrows nasal blood vessels; triprolidine blocks histamine.
ডেক্সট্রোমেথরফান কাশি দমন করে; ফিনাইলেফ্রিন নাকের রক্তনালি সংকুচিত করে; ট্রিপ্রোলিডিন হিস্টামিন ব্লক করে।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Dextrim:
- Adults: 10 ml three to four times daily, or as per the product label.
- Not for children under 6 years unless advised.

MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, antihypertensives, sedatives, other decongestants.

- Use with MAO inhibitors.
- Severe high blood pressure, heart disease, overactive thyroid, glaucoma, prostate enlargement; hypersensitivity.
