Acute uncomplicated influenza and post-exposure prevention.

Dosage and administration of Baloxavir Marboxil:

Adults and adolescents: a single oral dose within 48 hours of symptom onset: 40 mg (20 to under 80 kg) or 80 mg (80 kg and over).

Polyvalent cations (calcium, iron, magnesium, aluminium) reduce absorption.
