Oxcarbazepine is indicated for the treatment of:

Partial seizures, with or without secondary generalisation, alone or as add-on.

Dosage and administration of Oxcarbazepine:

  • Adults: start 300 mg twice daily; maintenance 600-2,400 mg daily in two doses.
  • Reduce in kidney impairment; stop gradually.
