Dosage and administration of Hydrochlorothiazide + Nebivolol:
Adults: one tablet once daily (for example nebivolol 5 mg with hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg).

Hydrochlorothiazide + Nebivolol should not be used in:
- Decompensated heart failure, cardiogenic shock, severe slow heart rate, heart block.
- Severe asthma; anuria; allergy to sulfonamide-derived drugs.

Possible side effects of Hydrochlorothiazide + Nebivolol:
Tiredness, dizziness, headache, low sodium and potassium, raised uric acid.
