Vinpocetine is indicated for the treatment of:
Cognitive impairment and symptoms of reduced cerebral blood flow (evidence of benefit is limited).

Dosage and administration of Vinpocetine:
Adults: 5-10 mg three times daily with meals.

Vinpocetine may interact with:
Warfarin and other anticoagulants (bleeding risk).

Vinpocetine should not be used in:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Haemorrhagic stroke; severe heart disease, arrhythmias.

Dizziness, headache, stomach upset, flushing, low blood pressure.
