Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Dipoetin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Anaemia in chronic kidney disease.
- Anaemia caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients.

Stimulates the bone marrow to make more red blood cells.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Dipoetin:
- CKD anaemia: 0.45 mcg/kg SC or IV once weekly, or 0.75 mcg/kg every 2 weeks; chemotherapy anaemia: 2.25 mcg/kg weekly or 500 mcg every 3 weeks.
- Adjust to keep haemoglobin at 10-12 g/dL (not above 12); specialist-directed.
Dipoetin-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- CKD রক্তাল্পতা: সপ্তাহে একবার ০.৪৫ mcg/kg ত্বকের নিচে বা শিরায়, অথবা প্রতি ২ সপ্তাহে ০.৭৫ mcg/kg; কেমোথেরাপিজনিত রক্তাল্পতা: সপ্তাহে ২.২৫ mcg/kg বা প্রতি ৩ সপ্তাহে ৫০০ mcg।

- High blood pressure, headache, injection-site pain, flu-like symptoms.
- Blood clots; rare pure red cell aplasia.

Precautions while using Dipoetin:
- Check iron status; monitor haemoglobin and blood pressure.
- Do not exceed the target haemoglobin (higher risk of heart events and tumour progression).
