Unifer DS is indicated for the treatment of:
Iron deficiency anaemia when oral iron is not tolerated or not effective, especially in chronic kidney disease.

Dosage and administration of Unifer DS:
- Intravenous: 100-200 mg per session by slow injection or infusion, up to three times weekly; the total dose is calculated from weight and haemoglobin.
- Given only by trained staff with resuscitation facilities.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Unifer DS should not be used in:
- Anaemia not caused by iron deficiency.
- Iron overload.
- Hypersensitivity.

- Metallic taste, low blood pressure, headache, nausea, injection-site reactions.
- Rare: serious allergic reactions.
