Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Pethidine Ziska IM/Slow is indicated for the treatment of:
- Moderate to severe pain, including after surgery.
- Pain relief in labour (as directed).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Pethidine Ziska IM/Slow:
- Adults: 50-150 mg IM or SC every 4 hours (maximum about 600 mg/day); IV 25-50 mg slowly.
- Controlled drug; short-term use under medical supervision.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতি ৪ ঘণ্টা অন্তর IM বা SC তে 50-150 mg (সর্বোচ্চ দৈনিক প্রায় 600 mg); IV তে ধীরে 25-50 mg।
- নিয়ন্ত্রিত ওষুধ; চিকিৎসকের তত্ত্বাবধানে স্বল্পমেয়াদি ব্যবহার।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Pethidine Ziska IM/Slow should not be used in:
- Use with MAO inhibitors (within 14 days).
- Respiratory depression, severe kidney failure, raised pressure in the skull, acute alcoholism.

- Breathing depression, dependence; seizures with repeated doses.
